Make a Payment.
In order to submit a payment, you will need to have the following information ready:
- Patient name, phone number, home address and email address
- Customer account number (found in the upper right hand corner of your billing statement)
- Credit card number, expiration date and CVV code (on the back of the credit card)
To begin, enter your payment amount in the box below and click "Proceed to Payment". This will launch the Bakal Dermatology patient payment page where your information is to be entered.
